Groundnut oil

Groundnut oil, also known as peanut oil, is a popular cooking oil that is derived from peanuts (Arachis hypogaea). It is widely used in various cuisines around the world due to its mild flavor, high smoke point, and versatility. A typical serving size of one tablespoon of groundnut oil contains around 120 calories and approximately 14 grams of fat. It is a good source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, contributing to heart health. Additionally, groundnut oil contains vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage.
