A2 ghee

A2 ghee is a type of clarified butter made from the milk of cows that produce the A2 beta-casein protein rather than the A1 beta-casein protein. This distinction in protein composition is believed by some to offer health benefits. A2 ghee is rich in healthy fats, including conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and butyric acid, which are associated with various health benefits. CLA has been studied for its potential to reduce inflammation, promote weight loss, and improve heart health. Butyric acid may support gut health by nourishing the cells lining the digestive tract and reducing inflammation in the gut. Additionally, A2 ghee is a source of fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, which play essential roles in various bodily functions, including immune function, bone health, and blood clotting. It also contains antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress and inflammation in the body. A2 ghee has a high smoke point, making it suitable for cooking at high temperatures without oxidizing or producing harmful compounds.
